As DMS Dental, we have successfully managed the entire dental infrastructure process at the campus of Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, one of Türkiye’s most prestigious educational institutions—covering everything from engineering design and mechanical installation to water treatment systems and the installation of a large-scale equipment park. This major 180-unit infrastructure journey, which began in 2015, was renewed and carried into the future through strategic technology investments in 2026.
The Yeditepe University project is a benchmark example where every mechanical component required by a dental hospital was designed under one engineering discipline:
Digital Infrastructure Design (BIM & AutoCAD):
Thousands of meters of medical air, vacuum, and water lines covering 116 dental units and 64 phantom simulation units were engineered with millimeter-level precision in a digital environment, and the on-site implementation was completed based on these models.
Central Water Treatment Technology:
A high-capacity central water purification system was installed across the faculty to protect sensitive unit components and to safeguard patient health.
Mechanical Installation Execution:
All technical lines running from the system room to clinics and laboratories were built using engineering solutions that minimize pressure losses and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
The faculty’s operational strength has been supported by DMS heavy-duty systems since the 2015 commissioning phase, and the 2026 investments elevated capacity to the highest level:
Top-Tier Medical Air Capacity:
With the installation of 1 × DMS 8020-20 4/8 930 Central Dental Compressor System, production of 100% oil-free, sterile, and moisture-free medical air was renewed with the latest technology.
Massive Vacuum Capacity:
With 1 × DMS 8020-30 DA 30000 Central Dental Aspirator System, surgical-grade stable vacuum power was established across 180 work points.
Central Air Group:
A P9000 set and a P12000 set of central compressor systems installed during the foundation stage continue to demonstrate long-life DMS performance.
Vacuum Infrastructure:
A V9000 central aspirator set provides the baseline vacuum capacity.
Unit Integration:
All mechanical installation and infrastructure connections for 116 dental units and 64 phantom simulation tables were completed by DMS expertise.
Turnkey Dental Infrastructure:
Managing the entire technical process under one responsibility—from project drawings and water treatment installation to piping and equipment commissioning—ensured perfect system harmony.
Sustainable Investment:
The ability of systems installed in 2015 to operate fully integrated with 2026 technologies reflects DMS’s modular and future-ready engineering vision.
MDR Class IIa Assurance:
All domestically manufactured systems used in the project fully comply with MDR (EU) 2017/745 Class IIa, providing the highest safety standards.
