As DMS Dental, we established a comprehensive central dental dust aspiration infrastructure at the Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Dentistry, enabling students to carry out their preclinical and laboratory work in a cleaner, healthier, and more efficient environment.
Within the scope of the project, 18 DMS Central Dental Dust Aspirator Systems were commissioned for use in laboratories with intensive student activity. These systems were designed to remove dust and particles generated during modeling, trimming, cutting, and prosthetic laboratory procedures directly from the workstation.
Effective Dust Control at 18 Work Points:
Thanks to 18 installed central dental dust aspirator systems, particles generated at laboratory workstations are extracted directly at the source, minimizing their spread into the surrounding environment.
Protection of Students and Instructors:
Effective removal of fine particles generated during long preclinical and prosthetic laboratory sessions contributes to a healthier and more comfortable educational environment.
Designed for Intensive Academic Use:
Developed with the demanding daily workflow of dental faculties in mind, the systems are configured to provide stable aspiration performance during long-term and simultaneous use.
Source Extraction:
Dust and particles are removed directly from the extraction point at the workstation before they spread throughout the laboratory environment. This reduces cleaning requirements and supports sustainable laboratory hygiene.
High-Efficiency Filtration:
The advanced filtration infrastructure captures fine particles generated during dental laboratory procedures in a controlled manner within the system.
Operational Efficiency:
The central system approach enables multiple workstations to be managed in an organized and controlled way while simplifying maintenance and operational processes.
Expertise in Dental Laboratory Infrastructure:
In addition to central medical air and vacuum systems for clinical environments, DMS Dental develops dedicated central dust aspiration solutions for the specific needs of preclinical and prosthetic laboratories.
Domestic Engineering and Manufacturing Strength:
Thanks to our local manufacturing capabilities, technical service, maintenance, and spare-part requirements can be addressed quickly, supporting uninterrupted academic activities.
A Solution Designed for Dental Education:
Rather than using a standard industrial dust collection approach, the project was developed specifically around the working methods and laboratory requirements of dental education.
