As DMS Dental, we delivered a fully integrated central infrastructure project for the Phantom and Preclinical Laboratories at Malatya İnönü University Faculty of Dentistry—where future dentists receive their first hands-on practical training.
This project is not only a system installation; it is an integrated engineering solution where medical air, vacuum, and dust filtration are managed centrally from a single control point.
All infrastructure required for uninterrupted student training was equipped with the following systems:
Expertise in Central Dust Aspiration:
We installed 17 units of the DMS DTA 20 Central Dust Aspirator System. These systems capture dust and particles generated during modeling and cutting processes directly at the source (from the workbench) and transfer them to a centralized collection point. This protects student health and keeps the laboratory environment clean and hygienic.
High-Capacity Medical Air Supply:
With 2 units of the 8020-20 3/6 930 Central Dental Compressor System, we provide the phantom units with oil-free, clean, and stable compressed air. Thanks to the redundant operating principle, training processes continue without interruption.
Powerful Central Vacuum Infrastructure:
The laboratory’s aspiration demand is fully covered through a single center with high performance via 1 unit of the 8020-30 DA 20000 Central Dental Aspirator System.
Unlike standard clinical applications, the systems installed in the İnönü University project were optimized for high-density student usage.
Central Dust Collection Advantage:
Keeping 17 stations independently functional while centrally managing dust removal provides major operational ease for laboratory management.
MDR Class IIa Certified Domestic Manufacturing:
All compressor and aspirator systems used are compliant with international medical device standards and are supported by DMS Dental’s domestic manufacturing strength.
With the İnönü University project, DMS Dental has provided a strong technological foundation for academic education. Designed using AutoCAD and advanced engineering calculations, these laboratories enable students to train in a healthier and technically flawless environment.
