A 250-Unit Large-Scale DMS Dental Project at Eastern Anatolia’s Healthcare Hub

As DMS Dental, we have delivered one of the region’s most comprehensive dental infrastructure projects during the modernization and capacity expansion of Elazığ Fırat University Faculty of Dentistry. Designed to support a total of 250 dental units, this large-scale system ensures uninterrupted performance for both education and patient treatment processes.

Technical Infrastructure Installed Within the Project

To meet intensive clinical traffic and the workload of surgical operations without disruption, we implemented our high-capacity systems:

High-Performance Medical Air Supply:
With the installation of 2 units of 8020-20 4/8 930 KOMPRESÖR, we provided oil-free, dry, and sterile medical air for a 250-unit capacity. These systems were engineered to stabilize the faculty’s air demand even during peak usage.

Powerful Vacuum Infrastructure:
Using 2 units of 8020-30 DA 30000 ASPİRATÖR SİSTEMİ, we established high suction performance for all clinical and surgical departments. The DA 30000 series delivers consistent vacuum power with minimal losses even across long pipeline distances, maximizing operational efficiency.

Domestic Manufacturing in MDR Standards:
All equipment used in the project is certified under (EU) 2017/745 Class IIa (MDR)—among Turkey’s first domestically manufactured solutions in this field—fully meeting international medical standards.

Engineering & Efficiency

Managing a 250-unit system requires advanced engineering calculations. Thanks to our design work prepared in AutoCAD and BIM environments, energy efficiency and equipment lifetime have been optimized. Our smart control panels balance system load effectively, providing Fırat University with a sustainable infrastructure designed to operate reliably for many years.
