As DMS Dental, we successfully completed an infrastructure project at the modern campus of Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry based on pure engineering and strict implementation discipline—independent of any device brand. The core focus of this project was Mechanical and Technical Infrastructure Engineering, ensuring that multiple technological components operate together with maximum efficiency.
The Marmara University project demonstrates DMS’s capability to integrate complex, multi-brand systems into a single, high-efficiency infrastructure:
Multi-Device Integration:
The technical interfaces and installation connections required for different brands of dental units and central systems to operate in full harmony were engineered and configured by DMS.
System Compatibility Verification:
Air consumption and vacuum flow requirements of devices built to different technical standards were analyzed, ensuring the overall system operates with sufficient flexibility to handle variable loads.
During the execution phase, we translated the highest standards of the dental sector into on-site practice:
Flawless Mechanical Installation:
Across thousands of meters of medical air and vacuum lines, piping systems (stainless steel or materials compliant with relevant standards) were installed under DMS supervision to minimize pressure losses and maintain hygiene requirements.
Technical Inspection & Supervision:
All mechanical works on-site were inspected step by step by DMS technical teams. Every detail—from pipe diameters and leak-tightness tests to system-room placement and final user connection points—was approved by DMS before commissioning.
Digital Project Design (AutoCAD & BIM):
All digital schematics of the infrastructure were prepared with millimeter-level precision, considering future maintenance and expansion needs, and delivered to the faculty management as as-built documentation.
System Integration Capability:
Our ability to design infrastructure that enables not only our own products but also world-class third-party devices to operate at peak efficiency was a key reason for preference.
Discipline in Supervision:
Our supervision service ensured flawless delivery by meeting strict public and academic technical specifications with full compliance.
Future-Ready Infrastructure:
The infrastructure was designed with an adaptable and flexible structure, supporting Marmara University’s long-term education and healthcare vision and remaining open to technological upgrades.
