Technical Drawings & Design:
All medical air, vacuum, and dust extraction lines were designed in accordance with the faculty’s architecture using AutoCAD and BIM technologies.
Flow & Pressure Calculations:
For systems feeding multiple units simultaneously, we ensured uninterrupted operational performance through precise flow calculations designed to minimize end-of-line pressure losses.
To deliver surgical-grade service across the faculty, the following central system solutions were implemented:
Uninterrupted Medical Air Supply:
With the installation of 2 DMS Central Dental Compressor Systems, 100% oil-free, dry, and sterile medical air is delivered to faculty clinics. The redundant operating structure ensures maximum system continuity.
High-Performance Vacuum Network:
With 1 DMS Central Dental Aspirator System, high vacuum stability was established across all treatment and surgical departments. The powerful, continuous vacuum performance provides clinicians with maximum comfort and safety during procedures.
Laboratory Dust Vacuum Technology:
A DMS Central Dust Aspirator System was integrated to maintain hygiene standards in preclinical and prosthetics laboratories. This system extracts particles directly at the source during operation, keeping laboratory environments clean and hygienic.
Industrial Durability:
Our heavy-duty industrial designs—engineered for 24/7 operation—were preferred to meet the demands of high-intensity institutions such as Gülhane.
MDR Class IIa Certified Domestic Strength:
