As DMS Dental, we successfully completed the large-scale infrastructure project covering the academic and clinical departments of Medipol Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. In line with the faculty’s modern medical education vision, we combined the highest engineering standards with advanced dental technologies at every stage—from design and planning to equipment installation.
A comprehensive technical planning process was carried out to provide uninterrupted power for the faculty’s numerous treatment units and laboratory departments:
Technical Drawings & Design:
All dental mechanical installation networks were engineered using AutoCAD and BIM, fully aligned with the faculty’s architectural dynamics.
Flow & Pressure Calculations:
From the system room to the most distant clinical room, precise flow calculations were performed across all lines to minimize pressure and vacuum losses to the lowest possible level.
To deliver uninterrupted, surgical-grade service throughout the faculty, the following high-performance central system solutions were implemented:
Advanced Medical Air Supply:
With the installation of 3 DMS Central Dental Compressor Systems, 100% oil-free, dry, and sterile medical air is delivered to the faculty clinics. Thanks to a triple-redundancy structure, system continuity is ensured under all levels of demand.
Staged Vacuum Infrastructure:
By installing 1 DMS Central Dental Aspirator System (DA 25000) and 1 DMS Central Dental Aspirator System (DA 18000), system load has been balanced. This dual structure maximizes operational efficiency by providing stable, high vacuum flow across all areas—from surgical procedures to general treatment departments.
High-Capacity Management:
Centralized management of multiple units through smart energy management and digital control panels provides major operational convenience for the university.
MDR Class IIa Certified Domestic Strength:
Our systems—certified under (EU) 2017/745 Class IIa as domestically manufactured solutions in this field—fully comply with the faculty’s international quality protocols.
