As DMS Dental, we delivered a top-tier dental infrastructure project at the Istanbul Gelişim University Faculty of Dentistry campus, designed to meet the demands of modern medical education and heavy patient flow. Starting from the engineering design phase, this project is an engineering achievement built on a “zero interruption” principle—delivering stable medical air and vacuum power to clinics at all times.
To prevent any performance loss within Gelişim University’s dynamic clinical structure, an advanced technical planning process was implemented:
Technical Project Drawings:
All dental installation networks were digitally modeled using AutoCAD and BIM, fully aligned with the faculty’s architecture and clinical layout plan.
Redundant System Architecture:
To protect operational continuity, medical air and vacuum systems were configured with a redundant and staged structure. This ensures that clinical services continue uninterrupted—even during maintenance periods.
To provide uninterrupted, surgical-grade service across the faculty, the following high-performance central system solutions were implemented:
2 × DMS Central Dental Compressor Systems were installed to deliver 100% oil-free, dry, and sterile medical air to all clinics.
A smart motor management panel distributes the load evenly between the two compressors, maximizing equipment lifetime and system reliability.
To optimize system load and ensure stable suction performance, the following units were installed:
1 × DMS Central Dental Aspirator System (DA 15000)
1 × DMS Central Dental Aspirator System (DA 9000)
These two units—operating in synchronization—adapt to real-time vacuum demand and deliver surgical-grade stable suction across the faculty.
MDR Class IIa Certified Domestic Strength:
Our systems—certified under (EU) 2017/745 Class IIa as domestically manufactured solutions in this field—fully comply with the university’s high quality protocols.
Operational Safety:
This hybrid structure—two compressors and two aspirators with different capacities—provides an infrastructure that is designed to never stop, ensuring maximum continuity for both education and treatment.
Smart Technology:
Digital control infrastructure enables real-time monitoring of system performance, delivering low operating costs and high efficiency for the faculty.
