As DMS Dental, we delivered a major dental infrastructure project supporting modern medical education and patient treatment for Istanbul Aydın University’s Florya Campus Dental Hospital and Esenyurt Dental Hospital. These projects represent an end-to-end success story—from engineering design and mechanical installation to integrating existing systems and installing advanced Combined System technologies.
To meet the different architectural and capacity needs of two separate hospitals, we deployed our digital engineering capability:
Technical Project Drawings:
For both hospitals, medical air, vacuum, and dust extraction lines were designed in AutoCAD and BIM environments, ensuring efficiency across thousands of meters of installation.
Mechanical Installation Execution:
Hybrid infrastructures—where existing P and V series systems operate together with next-generation DMS 8020 technologies—were implemented through millimeter-level calculations and precise installation practices.
To distribute operational load across the campuses and deliver high performance, the following system groups were installed:
Medical Air Power:
With a DMS Central Dental Compressor System, all clinics are supplied with 100% oil-free and sterile medical air.
Vacuum Power:
With a DMS Central Dental Aspirator System (DA 25000), maximum vacuum stability was established across surgical and general treatment departments.
With the installation of 2 DMS Central Combined (D-KOMPAS) Compressor & Aspirator Systems—the peak of space saving and efficiency—massive performance was achieved in compact technical areas.
A healthy working environment was created in preclinical and laboratory areas through 3 DMS Central Dust Aspirator Systems.
By integrating P12000 Compressor and V18000 Aspirator sets, capacity was increased while preserving existing investments—completing the overall technological modernization.
Hybrid System Expertise:
Synchronizing different-generation equipment (P/V series and 8020 series) under a single automation and installation logic strengthened operational continuity.
MDR Class IIa Assurance:
All domestically manufactured systems comply fully with international medical device standards under MDR (EU) 2017/745 Class IIa, supporting the faculty’s quality vision.
Two-Location Management:
Planning and implementing both Florya and Esenyurt projects under a single engineering language provided major managerial convenience for the university.
